Empowering Women as Leaders provides scholarships and mentoring to TWU students

On Friday, Feb. 2, 16 Texas Woman’s University students received scholarships and were matched with mentors through , a nonprofit organization that helps reshape women’s lives through education and mentoring.

Last night, Texas Woman鈥檚 University announced the winners of this year鈥檚 Redbud Awards, an annual tradition that honors the accomplishments of TWU鈥檚 student leaders and organizations as well as faculty and staff organization advisors.

Terry Scholars program at TWU continues to grow

Endowment established in memory of TWU student

Jaqueline Rae Vandagriff's life was cut short 19 months ago, but her memory will live on through an endowment established by her friends and family at 欧美视频. The 24-year old junior, who was a lifelong vegetarian and animal lover, was studying nutrition at TWU. The fund will commemorate her life by supporting an internship in the area of health and wellbeing, with a preference for students majoring in Nutrition and Food Sciences.
