Center for Global Nursing collaboration studies HIV-related stigma

Patrick Palmieri, DHSc, DPhil(Hon.), EdS, PGDip(Oxon) teamed with Joan Edwards, PhD, RNC, CNS, FAAN and Juan Leyva-Moral, PhD, MSN, RN to publish research on HIV-related attitudes of nursing faculty in three continents from six countries: Canada, Colombia, England, Peru, Spain, and the United States.

Cesario elected to AWHONN Board of Directors

Sandra Cesario, PhD, MS, RNC, FAAN, a professor and PhD program director in the College of Nursing at TWU Houston, has been elected President-Elect of the Association of Women鈥檚 Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Board of Directors for 2021 and will assume the role of President on January 1, 2022.
